Learning & Teaching

Using a combination of digital and analogue process ordinary qualities of everyday objects and activities are subject to complex questions concerning labour, value and the changing industrial landscape. Manual and technological dexterities are explored in relation to the body, specifically hand to eye coordination, posture and repetition.

Cross discipline practice based research projects are used as a central research methodology with learning activities, knowledge exchange and dialogue all used to explore and establish common ground. Working with a range of professions and special interest groups including engineers, architects and with museum and archive collections, processes, procedures and contexts are explored to facilitate the development of new knowledge and ways of thinking and working.
