en-masse
en masse
2007 - 2009
Exploring the relationships between mass production and hand dexterities, en masse was inspired by historical research into factories and production lines. An everyday manufactured object is re-presented using macro photography, video and installation. Using an everyday tool in bulk as a vehicle by which to explore globalisation, trade and cross cultural skills, led to work exhibited at the Foundling Museum and Victoria and Albert Museum.
